Cloud Engineer, ADC Non-Relational and Emerging Database Services Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's world-class Non-Relational and Emerging Database focused technical team in Denver, CO.
You will be working with some of the best and brightest engineers and technical managers while also developing your skills and furthering your career within one of the most innovative and progressive technology companies anywhere.
A successful engineer joining the team will do much more than write code and triage problems.
You will work with Amazon's largest and most demanding customers to address specific needs across a full suite of services.
You will dive deep into technical issues and work diligently to improve the customer experience.

We are seeking highly motivated engineers who are focused on operational excellence and troubleshooting complex system operations, have a good understanding of Linux and automation.
We need engineers who understand how to both think big and simplify solutions to complex problems; all the while ensuring that our customers continue to have the best experience possible.
This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
Key Responsibilities- Build, deploy and monitor AWS Non-Relational and Emerging Database Services (such as DynamoDB, ElastiCache, and Neptune) within Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) regions.
- Design, deploy, monitor and automate infrastructure, tools and systems to provide a highly-available and resilient platform for our customers' and our team's workloads.
As a member of our team, you will join a dedicated group of engineers who provide troubleshooting and operations support, and innovate to automate operational tasks.
