The Sales Associate, commonly referred to as Budtender, plays a crucial role in managing sales transactions, including cash handling at the designated point of sale register.

This position also involves overseeing stock and inventory management at the sales kiosk.

Exceptional customer service is a key responsibility, alongside compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Sales Associates are expected to possess a comprehensive understanding of LeafedIn products and strains to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.

Regular product training will be provided to ensure staff are well-informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Process all sales transactions accurately.
  • Manage cash and maintain the integrity of the point of sale register.
  • Oversee retail inventory and ensure products are well-stocked.
  • Report any discrepancies in inventory or cash handling to management.
  • Conduct end-of-day inventory counts and report on stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
  • Stay informed about company policies and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity for screen and fine print reading.
  • Manual dexterity for data entry tasks.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and pass background checks.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer software relevant to the role.
  • Basic math skills for sales transactions.
  • Previous experience with point of sale systems is preferred.
  • Flexible availability and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
