Job Summary

As a Sales Executive for Marriott International, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving topline goals for our represented hotels in San Antonio. This role involves proactively soliciting business from various segments, including small business accounts, new business opportunities, and re-soliciting past leads. You will focus on developing and executing property internal mining efforts to identify new business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction through daily interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities from small business accounts, new business leads, and re-soliciting past leads
* Develop and execute property internal mining efforts to identify new business opportunities
* Drive customer satisfaction through daily interactions, including solicitations, re-solicitations, account calls, and site inspections
* Collaborate with Property Sales Leader to understand hotel needs and priorities to identify focus areas

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
* 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required
