Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our client's team in Hattiesburg. This individual will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery.
The selected candidate will perform routine preventive maintenance, estimate time and extent of repairs, and oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary. They will also be responsible for monitoring the status of all plant systems on a continuous basis.
- Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment is essential, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to adjust their work schedule as needed. They will also be comfortable working in a team environment and supporting continuous process improvement.
