About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Reliability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing equipment reliability to produce acceptable quantity and quality of product, eliminating downtime where possible, and maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.

In this role, you will work closely with the Production Managers to develop and implement cost reduction projects for operational improvements and efficiency cost control. You will also take part in Lean Six Sigma training and Supervisor skills coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of maintenance background, experience, and functional knowledge of the areas supervised. A minimum high school degree with additional college or trade school education is preferred.

Key responsibilities include supervising and establishing priorities and schedules for maintenance personnel, responding to breakdowns by determining the problem and effecting immediate repair, and monitoring preventive maintenance programs.

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
