Position SummaryThe Electrical Construction Supervisor oversees large and intricate projects that involve multiple electricians simultaneously. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are executed according to established quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
The supervisor is responsible for providing on-site leadership and direction to the workforce, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively. This includes planning, managing customer relations, overseeing material logistics, and maintaining quality control.
