Wyndham Property is in search of a Hospitality Operations Manager who possesses a solid history of enhancing daily revenue while effectively overseeing staff. The ideal candidate should be assertive, capable of motivating and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional Guest Service satisfaction.
Compensation:$40,000 - $55,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all facets of daily hotel operations as a proactive Manager, leading your team on a daily basis
- Address and resolve any Guest concerns
- Supervise all departments, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Front Desk
- Manage housekeeping cost control in collaboration with the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Prepare and facilitate Quality Assurance inspections
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Hotel Owner and Corporate Office
- Control expenditures and manage the ordering of hotel supplies
- Submit all invoices and receipts to the corporate office for payment and accounting
- Engage in Sales and Marketing efforts, including online promotions and advertising
- Focus on attracting and managing guest room blocks with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Hotel Management is required
- Experience with Synexis is necessary
- Demonstrated success as a leader with proven results in sales and hotel operations
- Must be a proactive Manager who directly supervises all departments
- Exhibit excellent Guest Service and Management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with the Corporate Office, accepting guidance and training
- Previous experience in a managerial role overseeing and leading a hospitality team is essential
- Experience with Wyndham brand is preferred but not mandatory
- Candidate may reside on the property or in the local area
