Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions, including data entry and purchase order compilation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal constituents and external vendors to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks and special projects as assigned by the Controller.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • One or more years of accounting experience.
  • One or more years of experience working with confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
