- Test the functionality of the vehicles
- Control and manage site Maintenance Management System
- Responsibility for customer satisfaction and all local customer feedback
- Develop relationship with suppliers to facilitate resolution of any warranty and technical issues with the equipment
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited university
- MUST BE able to read and understand engineering drawings/schematics
- Previous experience in Power (TCMS and Traction) and Knorr-Bremse (Brakes, Doors, and HVAC) equipment highly desirable
- Experience in the rail after-market field/maintenance/overhaul or a comparable industrial environment in a warranty role essential
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus

- Self-Starter capable of resolving technical issues as they arise and/or coordinating and implementing solutions with the support of the engineering office
- Experience running warranty returns, spare part requisitions, store management, logistics control ideal
- Ability to work with customers at both top management and workshop floor levels
- Technical skills and understanding essential rail components and systems; hands-on experience a plus
- Ability to read and understand schematics
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 to $135,000.
