Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of diagnostic imaging systems. This includes conducting routine and non-routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of medical equipment and software. You will also be responsible for preparing diagnostic imaging studies for transfer to a digital environment and performing installations of standard and non-standard diagnostic imaging systems and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pursue effective relationships with colleagues by providing resources, information, and expertise. Listen to and address performance feedback, and provide mentoring to team members. Pursue self-development and create plans to capitalize on strengths and develop weaknesses.
  2. Complete work assignments autonomously by applying expertise in subject areas to generate creative solutions. Ensure all procedures and policies are followed, and leverage an understanding of data and resources to support projects or initiatives.
  3. Ensure that documentation is adequately maintained by documenting actions, standards, and procedures for all major processes. Uphold all standards with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  4. Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance of medical equipment by performing inspections and functionality tests, assisting with scheduled maintenance, and responding to requests for maintenance.

Requirements:
  1. Associates degree or vocational certificate in Electronic Service or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in medical technology field service, or a directly related field.
  2. Certificate of Vendor Training involving directly related systems is preferred.
