**Job Title:** Spiritual Care Coordinator

**Location:** University Health

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spiritual Care Coordinator to join our team at University Health. As a key member of our healthcare community, you will be responsible for addressing the spiritual needs of patients, their loved ones, and hospital staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited theological school and be eligible for board certification with/through Association of Professional Chaplains or Cognate group. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and empathy to assess spiritual needs and provide assistance in complex moral, spiritual, and ethical matters.

  • Assess spiritual needs and provide emotional support to patients, families, and staff
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement spiritual care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and spiritual care plans
