Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at The Little Nell, a Five-Star, Five-Diamond hotel in Aspen. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, curating unique experiences, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of the hotel and its amenities, as well as local activities and events.
  • Curate personalized itineraries and experiences for guests, including dining, entertainment, and recreational activities.
  • Manage guest bookings and create customized itineraries using Alice, a hotel management system.
  • Communicate with guests, vendors, and hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events, activities, and amenities to provide guests with the best possible experience.
Requirements
  • Concierge experience preferred, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service.
  • Excellent spoken English, with bi-lingual skills a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and exceptional guest service.
