Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Concierge to join our team at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless experiences, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
