Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Housekeeping team at Enchantment Group Management Company LLC. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  2. Coach and train room attendants to ensure they are meeting our expectations.
  3. Maintain effective communication with room attendants to ensure rooms are ready for guests by 4:00 p.m.
  4. Inventory rooms to ensure all furnishings and amenities are present and in good condition.
  5. Ensure room directories are up-to-date and accurate.
  6. Write work orders for any maintenance issues to ensure rooms are maintained at a high level of standard.
  7. Contact engineering for maintenance issues to ensure problems are corrected before guest arrival.
  8. Correct any cleaning or productivity issues with room attendants through coaching and training.
  9. Ensure lost and found items are turned in to the Safety & Security department.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant work experience.
  2. Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar role is preferred.
  3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  5. Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and ability to use them safely.
  7. Basic English skills are preferred.
  8. Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

  1. 75% walking and standing.
  2. 25% bending.
  3. Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs.
  4. Hearing and manual dexterity.
  5. Use of cleaning solutions.
  6. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
  7. Ability to drive a golf cart as necessary.
  8. Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
