Customer Service Representative Job Description
Mass Markets is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at Mass Markets, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and communication skills. You will also research systems to find missing information as applicable and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when necessary. Additionally, you will accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.

Responsibilities and Requirements

- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and communication skills
