Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service agents to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
