Music Kids LLC is seeking passionate music educators to teach introductory violin, piano, and guitar classes. Our program provides instrumental education to students in various locations.


We are looking for:

  • Music instructors eager to broaden their teaching skills.

While proficiency in teaching violin and either guitar or piano is preferred, it is not mandatory to apply. Resources and support will be provided to help educators learn the fundamentals for teaching beginners.


About Music Kids LLC:

Our mission is to enhance student development through musical instrument education in local schools. We have successfully taught numerous students across various partner schools.


Role Responsibilities:

As a Faculty Member, you will teach small group classes at designated partner schools. This role includes paid time for managing student records, communicating with parents, and providing virtual support.

  • Commitment to one academic year is required.
  • Possibility of extending employment during summer months.
  • Availability on weekdays during after-school hours is essential.
  • Annual salary for full-time positions starts at $45,000.
  • Additional benefits for employees working 20+ hours include PTO, holidays, and insurance.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and undergo background checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-school lessons and student performances.
  • Managing parent communications, lesson planning, and progress reporting.
  • Promoting the program at partner school events.
  • Engaging in professional development with senior faculty members.

  • 1-2 years of teaching experience in music or traditional education settings.
  • Ability or willingness to teach multiple instruments at a beginner level.
