Job Title: Customer Service Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Customer Service Admin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting our service team in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that customer service needs are met, and that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service, and that their needs are met.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and processing paperwork.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
  • A positive mindset and a passion for providing great customer service.
  • Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
