Job Title: Business Delivery Director

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Business Delivery Director to lead our Revenue Cycle Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding analytic and data visualizations to support organizational and mission goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik.
  • Lead a team of analysts in designing and developing data visualization and dashboard solutions.
  • Identify and create additional data visualization capabilities as needed.
  • Analyze current processes and identify potential improvements.
  • Ensure data governance and quality assurance standards are met.
  • Develop training materials and work with team members to summarize and report on business process improvements.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, including scheduling meetings, drafting and delivering agendas, and providing documentation.
  • Summarize and present information and reports to the team and make recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ten (12) or more years of business and data analytics experience.
  • Experience leading at least 3 direct reports focused on developing analytic solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience developing new, automating, and/or re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements.
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks.
  • Experience analyzing and defining system requirements.
  • Experience with SQL, ACL, Python, Power BI, Tableau - similar data analysis/visualization tools.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and present topics to diverse groups of functional and technical staff.
