We're seeking a talented Business Operations Manager to join our team and drive continued growth through exceptional service, increased sales force effectiveness, and strategic pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations to advance our strategy, culture, and talent development with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Instill necessary values and monitor personnel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze financial reports and negotiate contracts to drive business growth and development.
  • Lead multiple facilities and departments, including Stat Labs, Logistics, and various service departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Laboratory medicine experience required, with preferred physician practice management experience.
  • Strong General Operations Management experience, including business growth and development.
