About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at ABB Installation Products Division. As a key member of our local Business Management Team, you will be responsible for improving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance in our organization, ensuring an exemplary health and safety culture and a strong focus on the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support line managers and supervisors in understanding obligations, liabilities, and requirements
  • Ensure appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, reporting HSE incidents
  • Report on HSE performance and progress with respect to Group objectives
  • Drive behavioral change and ensure HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in or a related discipline
  • Five (5) years demonstrated HSE experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience implementing ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
  • Flexible to work across 3 shifts and overtime as needed
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
