Sales and Marketing Executive for Interior Products

The Interior Logic Group is a leading national installer of high-value interior finishes, including flooring, cabinets, and countertops. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, as well as experience working in the construction or building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with single-family builders and other customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing with 5+ years of experience in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
Compensation Package: Estimated salary range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus based on sales and revenue performance.
