Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Developer to join our team at QDI Surfaces.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer relationships, and delivering exceptional results in their assigned territory.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Foster trust, loyalty, and advocacy among existing and potential customers.
- MAXIMIZE TERRITORY COVERAGE: Plan and execute daily and weekly schedules with discipline, ensuring maximum impact in your territory.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Provide detailed daily activity/call reports, contributing to our shared success through effective communication.
- DELIVER SAMPLES AND DISPLAYS: Showcase QDI Surfaces' products in customer showrooms, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
- IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES: Continuously explore new business avenues through compelling face-to-face interactions.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Industry Mastery: Minimum 3 years in the flooring industry, demonstrating your expertise.
- ORGANIZATION AND DETAIL: Impeccable attention to detail, showcasing your organizational prowess.
- STRONG WORK ETHIC: A dedicated work ethic, combined with strong relationship-building skills.
- PROBLEM SOLVING: Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- TECH-SAVVY: Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within the state.
