About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Interior Logic Group. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and expanding our single-family builder account base to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

About the Team

You will be working closely with our homebuilder customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to drive business growth. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting our customers' success.

About Us

We are the leading national installer for select high-value and stylistically important interior finishes, such as flooring, cabinets, and countertops, to our homebuilder customers, as well as multi-family, commercial, and repair & remodel customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and targeted KPI's set by ILG leadership.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, builders, contractors, and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain targeted gross margin percentage(s) for the account portfolio, meeting or exceeding branch profitability targets.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of construction, building materials, or manufacturing is highly desirable – sales to single-family builders strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to resolve conflicts and issues professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills to track and manage all aspects of the ordering and production process.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
