Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business and IT Alignment Director to join our Corporate Functions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting Legal, OEC & Privacy in Corporate Functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in large or mid-size multinational healthcare organizations. You will lead and influence the direction of the domain, providing coaching and mentoring to enable a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to ensure capacity constraints do not impact upcoming or in-flight projects within and across domains.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Sourcing Partner equivalent management, monitoring project execution and evaluating work in terms of time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Manage communication and negotiation with suppliers to obtain required solution design and sizing, reviewing and approving infrastructure and software-related project costs.
  • Responsible for evaluating performance of the organization against defined metrics and implementing process improvements as necessary.
  • Identify and structure the organization to align with the current and anticipated future strategy of the domain.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 12 years of IT experience in large or mid-size multinational healthcare organizations.
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills, with experience leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Knowledge of legal operations, privacy, and office of ethics and compliance, with experience in setting IT strategy and business IT alignment.
