Job Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding local and national sales goals by selling our outstanding inventory to qualified advertisers. This role develops and maintains long-term advertising relationships by presenting comprehensive proposals and competitive pricing structures in collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue goal attainment on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships, persuasively communicating strategies for meeting customer needs.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including obtaining orders and/or contracts for Clear Channel services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing, and finance staff.
  • Determine project pricing based on guidelines from management.
  • Negotiate fees or services with clients with management approval.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver proof of performance to clients.
  • Accompany clients on market tours to show outdoor media sites.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Ad Ops and other internal departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience required.
  • Demonstrated track record of business-to-business and progressive sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Media sales experience preferred.
