United Solar Co is seeking a skilled Door-to-Door Sales Representative to promote and sell our innovative solar energy solutions. As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential residential homeowner customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and a self-starter who is passionate about green energy and has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Canvassing neighborhoods to identify and approach potential residential homeowner customers.
  • Making residential homeowner customers aware of utility rate increases to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Providing regular feedback and insights to management to help improve and refine our sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
  • Experience in door-to-door sales is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of solar energy and construction industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
