Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Navigator to join our team at Greater Seacoast Community Health. As a Patient Service Navigator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, addressing their needs, and ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions to their needs.
  • Utilize software, databases, and tools to effectively manage patient information and provide seamless service.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues based on trust, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Meet or exceed Call Center metrics while delivering exceptional customer service and making recommendations for services that meet patient needs.
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong customer service experience and commitment to being an effective professional team player.
  • Time management skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Maintains confidentiality under all circumstances.
