Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Greater Seacoast Community Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medications to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving, packaging, storing, and distributing medications in compliance with state and federal laws, as well as facility policies.
  • Assisting pharmacists with medication orders, inventory management, and clerical duties.
  • Preparing, labeling, and dispensing prescriptions with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintaining accurate patient profiles and processing insurance claims.
  • Interacting with patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of medications.
  • Keeping the pharmacy workspace organized, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Upholding confidentiality and complying with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy experience.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
