Job Overview:
The Bilingual Insurance Support Specialist is tasked with providing exceptional service to all walk-in clients by addressing inquiries across various insurance lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and confirm premium payments efficiently.
- Guide clients in understanding their health care options by clarifying benefits and pricing for different policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues presented in person. Accept premium payments and issue documented receipts.
- Assist clients in selecting health care plans that align with their specific requirements.
- Support clients in making informed policy changes that enhance customer retention. Identify and document complex inquiries that may lead to challenges; submit reports for resolution and monitor trends affecting company performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to relevant departments to enhance service quality. Act as a communication bridge between clients and operational teams.
- Assist in the investigation of executive-level inquiries.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, along with a minimum of 5 years in customer service or operational roles; or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory.
- Life and Health License is a plus.
- Previous experience in health care or customer service is advantageous.
