Job Overview

At Clubhouse, we are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Cashier and Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Dining Room Ambassador. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and seat them in the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Provide guests with menus and assist with ordering and payment processing.
  • Communicate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

The estimated salary for this position is around $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
