Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors.
- Welcome each customer warmly, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members in designated areas of the store.
- Handle sales transactions and returns following established protocols.
- Promote company initiatives and marketing efforts within the retail space.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of available products and recommend items based on customer inquiries.
- Assist management with pricing, stocking, and transferring merchandise.
- Support operations in our performance center.
- Uphold merchandise presentation standards and signage throughout the store.
- Open and close the store, guiding part-time staff.
- Assist store managers with daily tasks and projects.
- Lead part-time staff in the absence of management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
- 1-5 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items up to 35 lbs.
- Capacity to work for extended periods while standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for brief durations.
