Job Description

As a Customer Experience Strategist - Retail Innovation, you will lead cross-functional efforts to develop and execute comprehensive research strategies that support store experience initiatives at Best Buy. You will be responsible for synthesizing complex data sets, integrating industry trends, and identifying clear and actionable insights to inform store experience teams. Your role will involve partnering with employee research to translate research findings into insights and strategies, working closely with store experience teams to stay current on initiatives, and effectively communicating research results and recommendations to stakeholders. In this position, you will be part of a team that aims to enrich lives through technology by humanizing and personalizing tech solutions for every stage of life.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive research strategies that support store experience initiatives aligned to customer and business objectives

• Work closely with store experience teams to stay current on initiatives and infuse customer insights into their overall process

• Lead cross-functional efforts, including partnering with employee research to translate research findings into insights and strategies

• Synthesize complex data sets and integrate industry trends and best practices to identify clear and actionable insights

• Effectively communicate research results and recommendations to stakeholders

• Outline annual research priorities in partnership with store experience leadership and execute within budget

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in marketing research, psychology research, or consumer insights

• Strong analytical skills with experience in both qualitative and quantitative research

• 5 years of experience presenting research findings in a clear and compelling way

• Experience working with store and channel experience teams to guide strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience conducting and managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects that have directly influenced store experience strategies

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, psychology, or related field

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for delivering insights to different teams

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. This is an estimated salary based on industry standards and the role's requirements. Best Buy is an equal opportunity employer.
