Job Title: Sales Development Manager

Connect Worldwide is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
