The Baggage Handling Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the Baggage Service Office, ensuring that Baggage Service Agents provide effective support to customers experiencing issues with delayed, damaged, or lost luggage.
Compensation - $16.15 per hour

Basic Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
No previous experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of relevant work experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess flight departure schedules and connecting airlines based on customer tickets.
- Screen all passengers transferring between airlines before placing baggage on return belts.
- Verify the accuracy of baggage tags.
- Assist and guide passengers with short-checked luggage.
- Manage misplaced or lost baggage claims and generate reports for carriers.
- Evaluate customer needs regarding airline locations.
