Mortgage Industry Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Industry Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all closing conditions are met, and all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and service loan documentation and support to ensure all work is completed and departmental deadlines are met.
- Timely payment of mortgages, taxes, insurance, recording fees, and other disbursements associated with a real estate transaction.
- Handle money and work with escrow funds in accordance with lender requirements and local and national escrow requirements.
- Ensure all documents are recorded per requirements outlined and deliver the final title policy as requested to the lender.
Requirements:
- High level of energy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work later every day.
- Must be able to pass a credit check.
- Must be patient and very organized.
