Job Title: Hospice Clinical Team Assistant

Queen City Hospice is a leading provider of hospice care in Ohio, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients and their families. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Clinical Team Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily clinical records functions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of documentation regulations and serve as a resource for team members.
  • Protect patient and organization information through effective controls and direct supervision.
  • Forward clinical records to authorized users according to policy.

Requirements:

  • Prefer at least three years of experience in clinical records management, preferably in hospice care operations.
  • LVN/LPN license preferred, but not required.
  • Information systems knowledge required.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct clerical personnel.
