About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice CNA to join our team at Tennessee Quality Care. As a Hospice CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, back rubs, oral hygiene, and changing bed linens
  • Assist patients with dressing and undressing, as well as planning and preparing nutritious meals
  • Assist with feeding patients and providing proper care and observation of their skin to prevent breakdown of tissue
  • Report on patient condition and significant changes to the Case Manager

Requirements
  • Certified by the state as a nurse aide
  • Listed on the state aide registry with a clear record
  • 18 years of age (unless state law dictates otherwise)
  • Valid driver's license with an insured automobile
