Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in management, project management, engineering, safety, logistics, or a related field. Experience with automation and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Automation
    • Ensure the operational efficiency of all automation and mechanical systems, including good to person picking, robotic arms, sortation systems, conveyor systems, and printers.
    • Supervise, train, and coordinate employees of the maintenance department.
    • Complete repairs and maintenance in common areas and building interiors and exteriors as needed.
    • Accountable for annual repair and maintenance budgets.
    • Develop, manage, and continuously improve functional infrastructure, including:
      • Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance Program
      • Maintenance work order process
      • Maintenance inventory management and control processes
      • Skills development and training programs
      • Departmental metrics
      • Maintenance training and mandatory usage
    • Health and Safety
      • Implement workplace safety and security policies and standards within the warehouse.
      • Lead the implementation of safety policies and practices.
      • Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
      • Audit and report on safety performance to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
      • Train staff on safety issues and programs.
      • Conduct accident investigations and lead corrective action implementation.
    Requirements
    • 3-5 years of experience in management, project management, engineering, safety, logistics, or a related field.
    • Experience with automation is required.
    • Any experience within operations and/or OSHA requirements is a plus.
    • Spanish speaking is a plus.
    • Hands-on and start-up mindset.
