Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Field Service Foreman to join our team at Upson Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our field service crew and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of field service technicians to ensure efficient and effective project completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, including prioritization, goal setting, and timeline management
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Train and develop junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman roofer
  • OSHA 10 hour course/Manlift/Forklift/First Aid certifications
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor climate conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Fluent in English; bi-lingual English and Spanish beneficial
