Responsibilities include:

  • Project Leadership: Manage projects to ensure budget, schedule, and scope requirements are met, guaranteeing seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Client Satisfaction: Meet and exceed client expectations through exceptional service and dedication.
  • Staff Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to determine staffing needs, ensuring optimal performance from project team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and track quality standards, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitation: Coordinate meetings with clients and staff, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Oversee the work of personnel, vendors, and consultants, ensuring cohesive project delivery.
  • Business Development: Assist with business development duties, including client interviews and RFP responses.
  • Contract Negotiation: Support client contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Change Management: Approve plan modifications and manage change requests.
  • Financial Management: Prepare accurate project invoices that align with work deliverables.
  • Account Receivable Management: Oversee account receivables, ensuring prompt payment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related construction field.
  • Professional licensures are preferred.
  • No less than 8 years of experience in the AEC industry.
  • 5+ years of experience working with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of business management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
  • Customer service experience, focusing on needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of design techniques and tools for producing technical plans, drawings, and models.
  • Understanding of building methods, materials, and systems.

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging approximately between $120,000 and $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background.
