Harrison Consulting Solutions is a multi-disciplined firm looking to hire an experienced Industrial Project Manager Architect to join their Houston team. This hybrid position combines architectural expertise with business management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and scope requirements through effective project management.
  • Exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality results and maintaining open communication.
  • Coordinate staffing needs with the Project Manager, including assigning responsibilities and evaluating project team members' performance.
  • Maintain quality standards by tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitate and document meetings with clients and staff to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
  • Coordinate work among personnel, vendors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Assist with business development duties, including client interviews and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate client contracts and manage change requests to approve plan modifications.
  • Prepare accurate project invoices that align with work deliverables and manage account receivables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related construction field.
  • Professional licensures are preferred but not required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the AEC industry, with 5+ years of client-facing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of business management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in design techniques and tools for producing technical plans, drawings, and models.
  • Familiarity with building methods, materials, and systems.
