Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to create and present innovative design concepts and solutions.
  • Prioritize project requirements, develop design criteria, and oversee scheduling, estimates, and budgeting.
  • Utilize industry-standard software to design, sketch, and provide detailed drawings of proposed projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners through exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional licensure is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
