We are seeking a seasoned Architect to join our team at AKP Recruiting in Houston, Texas. As a Senior Registered Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural design teams and working on a wide range of projects.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and leadership, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design teams and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of projects with complex technical requirements.
  • Supervise project teams and coordinate workload across the office.
  • Ensure project development, documentation, and completion meet schedule and budget.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
  • Registered Licensed Architect in Texas required.
  • Minimum 9-13 years of experience in the field of architecture.
  • Demonstrated building construction technical experience.
  • Experience working in Federal, Industrial, Transportation, and Commercial markets.
