About the Job

The Senior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving customer concerns and providing education and instruction to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve enrollment reports and eligibility issues by following policy and procedure.
  • Communicate with newly enrolled health plan members, dependents, and employer groups.
  • Apply rules and regulations in contractual agreements and with employer groups and vendors.

Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job-specific obligations and complying with organization policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
