Position Overview:
The Vice President of Strategic Financial Planning is responsible for spearheading the organization’s capital allocation strategies and implementation, aligning with the goals established by the executive leadership and Board of Directors. This pivotal role will focus on developing a comprehensive suite of business capabilities while actively leading key capital planning initiatives.

Company Overview:
The Ladders is committed to advancing sustainable energy solutions, collaborating with municipalities, large corporations, and utility providers to develop innovative solar and energy storage projects. The Vice President of Strategic Financial Planning will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will collaborate extensively with key stakeholders across the organization and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee corporate capital planning in partnership with the CFO to address future equity and debt requirements. Present strategic proposals to the executive leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Facilitate corporate capital fundraising efforts, working closely with internal leadership and external advisors.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to support the development of an optimal capital structure.
  • Manage the corporate Net Asset Value (NAV) model for the organization and its equity stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing materials for Board meetings and investor communications.
  • Collaborate with various business units to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Support the executive leadership and Board of Directors with special projects and investment evaluations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in transactions related to US infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with diverse renewable financing models.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing transactions.
  • Advanced modeling expertise.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with the executive leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and business acumen.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions and investment banking is highly desirable.
