The Senior Service Equipment Specialist (SES) operates in the field, working autonomously to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain our chemical dispensing systems along with other machinery utilized in commercial foodservice or laundry settings.

The primary objective is to provide outstanding service (not sales) that fosters customer loyalty and exceptional client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should possess a strong work ethic and a readiness to acquire new skills through provided training.

This individual should have a foundational understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems, with the capability to troubleshoot through root cause analysis.

A moderate familiarity with relevant tools, data, equipment, and service requirements is essential. Proficiency in laptop and mobile technology, including but not limited to Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel, is required.


Applicants must hold a valid driver's license and car insurance, as well as own a dependable vehicle with at least 50 cubic feet of cargo capacity.

Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Work schedule may include: 12-hour shifts, 5-day work week, occasional weekends, and night shifts.

- Lift, lower, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Push and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Climb vertical ladders and navigate stairs.

- Stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods, twist, bend at the knees, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and reach for the purpose of installing and maintaining equipment.

Work Environment:
Concrete, asphalt (uneven surfaces).

- Operate a computer keyboard to input and access data, and utilize a phone.

- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, typically in warehouse conditions with significant temperature variations, dust, and dirt.

- Ability to recognize various visual and audible alarms and signals for equipment startup, evacuation, and fire emergencies.

- Must possess a valid driver's license.

- Candidates should be able to operate a motor vehicle and spend approximately 30% of their day traveling safely in city, rural, and expressway conditions.

Additional Requirements

- Candidates must reside in the specified city.

- On-call coverage may include occasional weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
