Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced supply chain operations leader to join our Hybrid Systems Operations team in a dynamic role that will drive the supply chain operations strategy for HP's Hybrid systems business.

This is a fast-paced, dual role, and as such, the ideal candidate is driven to learn, grow, and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities
  • Lead new product introductions (NPI), product refreshes, and lifecycle management for hybrid products (Video, Voice, and peripherals) at global and regional factories.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain program management from product concept through end of life in partnership with the global business unit (GBU), markets, ODM/CM factories, and supply chain functions.
  • Serve as the supply chain GBU interface to the Hybrid Systems President and be a member of their extended leadership team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional interactions to ensure GBU and supply chain success.
  • Manage risks, regulatory readiness, transition management, and complexity for commercial PC product line.
  • Partner with the GBU to develop supply chain strategy that influences effective business decisions and long-term business growth.
  • Act as the single Supply Chain point of contact for the Category and GBUs teams.
Key Success Factors
  • Deliver best-in-class manufacturing excellence for hybrid system products.
  • Maximize order-to-revenue conversion.
  • Help plan, make, and deliver teams to improve performance for each business while optimizing for HP overall.
  • Act as GBU advocate in supply chain and vice-versa.
  • Keep market-facing metrics - customer and partner satisfaction – front and center in supply chain.
Requirements
  • Four-year university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in NPI with Supply Chain and Operations background preferred.
  • Experience in managing large teams and/or organizations.
  • PMP certification and DSS Blackbelt preferred.
