We are seeking a highly skilled AR & Chargebacks Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team at Dreamwear. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer disputes, processing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the AR chargebacks department to resolve customer disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Directly responsible for the performance of day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate monthly outstanding AR Aging reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity.
- 4-7 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
