As a Technical Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in defining strategy, requirements, and timelines across our Startup Engineering Teams. You'll manage cross-functional projects, working closely with finance, marketing, operations, and other organizational levels to drive success.
About the Role- Develop and manage project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Define solutions to complex problems and facilitate conflict resolution through the project cycle.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to execute on roadmaps and drive business growth.
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
We're a total compensation company, offering a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, in addition to a competitive base pay. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market.
